Amadi and Belden Consulting
Hello! I am Jocelyn Belden, an educator, and Ph.D. candidate dedicated to supporting multilingual learners and students with exceptionalities. My research focuses on survey design, data collection, and literature analysis to inform evidence-based strategies for multilingual learners, students with exceptionalities, and teacher self-efficacy. I specialize in the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework, using data-driven insights to develop targeted interventions that promote academic success for diverse learners. My work emphasizes the importance of personalized, research-based approaches to create equitable learning environments. As a teacher, academic success coach, school director, and director of operations, I have been a strong advocate for inclusive education and MTSS implementation. I am passionate about equipping educators with the tools and insights needed to support linguistic and cultural diversity while improving student outcomes. I look forward to collaborating with fellow educators and leaders who share a passion for inclusivity, MTSS, and educational equity, ensuring that every learner—regardless of background—has the opportunity to thrive.
