How can grow your own programs at the high school level address the bilingual and dual language educator shortage and cultivate the next generation of linguistically responsive multilingual educators? School leaders from Internationals Network for Public Schools share their home grown approaches to building multilingual educator pipelines as part of their innovative approach to educating multilingual newcomer students.
