Dr. Xochitl Anabel Rocha is a former migrant EB student and 1st generation college graduate passionate about fostering the linguistic and cultural assets of all students, especially EB students. She currently serves as the Director of Bilingual Education and GT Programs, Policy, and Technical Assistance for the Texas Education Agency and TABE Past-President. Dr. Rocha's goal is to continue promoting the importance of bilingualism and effective programming to better serve EB students and their families.
