Biography

Dr. Xochitl Anabel Rocha is a former migrant EB student and 1st generation college graduate passionate about fostering the linguistic and cultural assets of all students, especially EB students. She currently serves as the Manager of Bilingual Programs, Policy, and Technical Assistance for the EB Support Division in the Texas Education Agency and TABE President. Dr. Rocha's goal is to continue promoting the importance of bilingualism and effective programming to better serve EB students and their families.
