Biography

Roque is a Peruvian scholar, born in Cusco, who advocates for Intercultural, Multicultural in Education. For over ten years he has been an exchange program host and volunteer. He has been a Spanish teacher to foreign college students., HIs current research focuses on ways to support first generation college students. He is a father of two emergent bilingual kids (English-Spanish).
