Translanguaging pedagogy prompts educators to amplify students’ linguistic repertoires with purpose while strengthening dynamic identities and academic success. This session will analyze classroom scenarios based on CAL SIOP for dual language education where translanguaging supports content-specific language development and metalinguistic awareness.
