Abstract:
During this presentation, the presenter will explore the key elements that contribute to successful leadership and apply them within multilingual learner K-12 programs. Drawing from the latest research and real-world experiences, the presenter will delve into three specific key practices that provide the foundation of setting a clear vision for your educational program and inspire and motivate key school district personnel and teachers to embrace that vision. We will explore effective communication techniques, goal-setting strategies, and the importance of adaptability in a dynamic learning environment.
Throughout the presentation, participants will engage in interactive activities, and group discussions. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, ask questions, and navigate strategies to their specific needs and contexts.
