Janelly supports teachers as they implement dual language best practices. Janelly holds a doctorate of education in English learning from Northcentral University. Previously, Janelly served as a K-12 bilingual/ESL strategist, dual language teacher and lecturer at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. Janelly specializes in second language acquisition for multilingual learners.
