Savanna Payne has worked in education as a teacher, OELA grant coordinator, and program administrator for the past 10+ years. She received a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her educational background includes a Bachelors in Elementary Education and advancing with a Masters Degree in Bilingual Education/TESL.
